SBC347D 3U OpenVPX SBC
Rugged single board computer featuring Intel Xeon D processor, operates at 100% of its capability at temperatures up to 75°C.

Overview
High density, multi-core performance
The VPXcel3 SBC347D rugged single board computer is based on the highly integrated Intel® Xeon® D processor platform. The multiple core Xeon D brings the high performance of Intel Xeon processors into a dense, low power system-on-chip solution, ideal for High Performance Embedded Computing (HPEC) applications.
Make a connection
The SBC347D is designed to offer maximum PCIe bandwidth to the backplane with a total of 20 PCIe lanes (x4 and x16 ports). The x16 link is ideal for connection to ultra-high performance GPGPU modules such as the GRA112 and GRA113.
Run with absolute predictability
Thanks to a design breakthrough by Abaco, our SBC347D 3U VPX singe board computer operates at its full core speed at temperatures up to 75°C. Not only does that deliver better performance in a wider range of SWaP-constrained environments, it also makes that performance more predictable – essential in mission critical applications that require real time determinism.
Security in an insecure world
The SBC347D incorporates a range of security features designed to assist with user defined Anti-Tamper and Information Assurance strategies. These include an inherently secure FPGA solution (SmartFusion2 from Microsemi), and support for Intel’s Trusted Execution Technology.
Full performance at more elevated temperatures
The VPXcel3 SBC325 rugged single board computer is based on the highly integrated 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor platform. It brings up to 15% (compute) and 50% (3D graphics) performance improvement over the previous generation to customers using the 3U VPX form factor to develop and deploy demanding industrial and mil/aero applications such as command/control, ISR, radar, sonar and signal processing.
Exceptionally versatile platform
Provision of either a mezzanine XMC/PMC site for optimum flexibility and expandability or a quad fat-pipe (x16 PCI Express™) for highest performance connectivity to GPGPUs makes the SBC325 suitable for a wide range of High Performance Embedded Computing (HPEC) applications.
Rugged from the beginning
Designed to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications, the SBC325 is available in five build levels, from benign (air cooled) to fully rugged (conduction cooled) to provide customers with optimum price/performance.
