Spun out of Perkin-Elmer in 1985, Concurrent Computer Corporation provides real-time Linux® solutions for simulation, data acquisition, process control, visual rendering and other mission-critical applications. Concurrent’s RedHawk Linux - which serves the aerospace and defense markets as well as many others - NightStar tools and SIMulation Workbench are available on x86-based Abaco Systems products, including the MAGIC1 rugged display computer.

CoreAVI

CoreAVI’s program-ready solutions include OpenGL ES/SC and video drivers that support a wide range of popular system-on-chip (SoC) and graphics processors on safety critical and real time operating systems. A worldwide provider of AMD graphics and SoC processors, CoreAVI's solutions include 20+ year supply management and temperature-screened versions of AMD Radeon™ discrete graphics. Additionally, CoreAVI provides program support with FAA DO-254 and DO-178C / EASA ED-12C (up to Design Assurance Level A) certification evidence and artifacts for safety critical environments.

DDC-I

DDC-I provides DO-178 certifiable software and tools for safety critical avionics software developers including field proven real-time operating systems and integrated development environments. Juniper Networks is in the business of network innovation. Lynx Software Technologies - formerly LynuxWorks - has extensive experience in the embedded computing industry. Its embedded operating systems are used in a broad range of markets. The LynxOS® and LynxOS-178 real-time operating systems are widely used in the defense industry.

Presagis

Presagis provides embedded graphics solutions for mission-critical display applications and has over 20 years of experience in the embedded market. The company’s products include embedded graphics Human-Machine Interface (HMI) modeling tools, including VAPS and VAPS XT, and Seawind graphics drivers and devices.

Presagis maintains a complete line of DO-178B Level A qualifiable tools and certifiable drivers and its safety-critical embedded graphics products are designed from inception to efficiently run on Abaco Systems products out-of-the-box.

SYSGO

SYSGO is the leading European provider of real-time operating systems for critical embedded applications in the Internet of Things (IoT). Our products have been designed to meet the highest requirements when it comes to Safety and Security. Abaco Systems provides standard Board Support Packages (BSP) that allow Wind River technology to be applied to our hardware solutions. The BSP provides a consistent interface between the underlying hardware and the Wind River platform which isolates the application software from hardware upgrade and obsolescence.

 

Xilinx

Xilinx invented the FPGA in the mid-1980s, and also created the fabless model. The company is now a leading provider of All Programmable semiconductor products, including FPGAs, SoCs, MPSoCs, RFSoCs, and 3D ICs. Xilinx uniquely enables applications that are both software-defined and hardware-optimized – powering industry advancements in cloud computing, 5G wireless, embedded vision, and industrial IoT. Trade Associations

VITA

The VMEbus International Trade Association (VITA) was accredited as an ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standards development organization (SDO) in June of 1993. VITA specializes in standards development for the VMEbus industry. Abaco Systems is a member of VITA and was instrumental in, for example, helping create the OpenVPX standard that is transforming military embedded computing..
