Description
The 7658 was reported and confirmed to have an issue with the video shimmering. This could be seen when the board was booted to an OS, but also seen even when just looking into the BIOS setup screen.
Resolution
It was determined that the grounding to the video circuit had a fault causing the feedback of noise into the output.
